  BIOGRAPHY Else was the only child of Frank 'der Reiche' von Kronberg and Katharina von Isenburg. On 17 October 1429 she married Johann VI, Graf zu Solms-Lich, younger son of Otto, Graf zu Solms-Braunfels, and Agnes von Falkenstein-Münzenberg. They had two sons Johannes and Kuno, of whom Kuno would have progeny to continue the line, and a daughter Katherina who became a nun in Altenberg. Else died in 1438, almost 20 years before her husband. The wall of the Marienstiftskirche in Lich holds a memorial to them both, showing them in raised outline.
